Things to see in Perugia

Hi everybody, today another Italian hidden gem, Perugia, one of the main Etruscan cities in the past and now known for its universities.

You can reach this city with trains, about 1 and a half hour/2 hours from Florence or 2 and a half hours from Rome.

Ravenna walking tour

Today a one day itinerary for another Italian hidden gem: Ravenna, in the Emilia Romagna region. It is a pretty big city, the second widest municipality after Rome, and it hosts 8 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Things to see in Tivoli

Today another Italian hidden gem, Tivoli. It is not far from Rome and you can reach it from there by bus. From Roma Termini station take the underground "linea B" and stop at "ponte mammolo". There you will find the bus terminal where every 10 minutes a bus leaves for Tivoli. You will reach it in about 30 minutes.

Lake Como - Varenna

Today you will discover Varenna, one of the hidden gems of Italy on the Lake Como. 

How to arrive in Varenna?
It is reachable by train from Milano Centrale in about 1 hour but to visit the villas, the castle and all the other attractions you will need a car so you can arrive with your car or arrive by train and then rent a car or use a taxi.
